Onboarding Application – Signing, Residency & Authority Requirements
Onboarding application table detailing requirements for signing authority, notarisation, and identity verification.
This table outlines who is permitted to sign the onboarding application, when an Authority Form is required, and the identity verification standards that apply based on residency and role. It is designed to ensure consistent application of KYC requirements, particularly for non‑resident customers, by clearly setting out signing authority, notarisation requirements, and mandatory compliance checks. The table should be used as a single reference point during onboarding to determine whether an application can proceed or requires additional documentation or authority documentation to be provided to MVSI before approval.
Please note: Individuals residing outside Australia (and NZ) cannot be electronically verified and must provide notarised ID. Documents not in English require certified translation.
