As the holiday season approaches, Azupay will continue to operate across the period, with some adjustments to support coverage. Please review the details below to understand how to access assistance during this time.
Holiday support hours
Azupay will remain fully operational throughout the holiday season. Please note that we will be operating with reduced staffing, and on-call technical support will be available on public holidays.
Public Holiday dates (reduced availability)
- Wednesday, 25 December - Christmas Day
- Thursday, 26 December - Boxing Day
- Wednesday, 1 January - New Year’s Day
Urgent production support remains in place during this time.

- Urgent Issues (Severity 1 or 2): For critical production issues, please contact our escalation line: (02) 6169 1047.

Dispute investigations: This service will continue to operate during the holiday period.
