Overview

We want to make sure you and your users are safe when moving money super-fast across our payment rails - we take our risk management and compliance obligations seriously, so you'll need to complete certain business processes before proceeding through stage gates on your integration journey.

High level onboarding process

To access UAT you must have:

• A Signed Proposal or Non-Disclosure Agreement NDA
• Understood the solution you will implementing, so we can set your initial configurations - see Choosing the right User Experience UX App
• Once your build is complete you can request access to our Production environment. We have further controls on access to Production environment for the safety of our clients, partners and end users (as well as our reputation, let's be honest).

Here's how to access our UAT

To access Production you must have:

1. Signed Merchant Services Agreement
2. Completed all necessary Due Diligence
3. Passed User Acceptance Testing UAT test scenarios
4. Passed our Customer Experience CX & UX Review

If using one of our UX Apps this is likely to be a light touch exercise. If you're developing a custom UX, the process may be more intricate, and we encourage involving us in the initial design stages. Depending on your specific circumstances, our Risk and Compliance team may require additional information.
